Service 01
We manage the entire production process for our overseas partners effectively, reliably and transparently. We deal with over 200 manufacturing companies across India, helping clients align with the right category of vendor based on product specification and volume.
We go behind the scenes at what vendors present at trade fairs — to understand the actual scale of their operations and their on-ground performance — before recommending them to you.
Service 02
Once the right vendor is identified, we handle the negotiation of prices and the finalization of orders — so you're not managing back-and-forth with the factory directly.
We issue the purchase order and follow it up with the factory, keeping the order moving from confirmation through to production.
Service 03
We have quality control inspectors employed full-time in the field at various production hubs, with an in-depth understanding of their products. Our rigorous quality control process — including factory inspections and product testing — ensures the products we source are up to our clients' standards, with clear communication to resolve issues prior to shipping.
Part of our daily work is the active monitoring of delivery times to ensure every shipment is sent on schedule. Results of the monitoring are reported to you regularly — not one determined by the factory's own timeline.

Service 04
Getting an order made is only half the job — it also has to reach you. We handle invoice and packing list controls, containerization of merchandise, and liaison on shipment documentation with the agencies involved.
We follow up on every document in the shipment chain so your order clears customs and reaches you without paperwork holding it up at port.
